Ingredients
What ingredients are included in LIVATY serums?
The base of our serums consists mainly of natural ingredients such as hyaluronic acid and argan oil, complemented with a touch of organic lime water. In addition, each serum contains specific cosmetic actives tailored to different skin needs. The exact ingredients can be found on the individual product pages in our shop.
Do the serums only contain natural ingredients?
We rely exclusively on high-quality, carefully selected ingredients that help our customers achieve their desired results. Our goal is to ensure the highest levels of quality, effectiveness, and skin compatibility, while using as many natural ingredients as possible.
All three serums have been awarded the “natural origin” label by dermatest, based on DIN EN ISO 16128 for natural and organic cosmetics. According to this standard, at least 95% of ingredients must be of natural origin (ISO 16128-2).
The base of our serums consists mainly of hyaluronic acid and argan oil, refined with organic lime water. Each serum also contains additional cosmetic actives derived from nature, tailored to different skin needs.
While the RED Early Care Serum and BLUE Recovery Serum are made exclusively of natural ingredients, the AMBER Timeless Skin Serum also contains a biomimetic peptide, chosen for its outstanding efficacy.
Furthermore, all LIVATY serums are completely free from silicones, parabens, mineral oils, microplastics, and fragrances.

Yes. All LIVATY serums are free from silicones, parabens, mineral oils, and microplastics – developed in accordance with strict European and international cosmetic regulations.
Do the serums contain fragrances?
No. LIVATY serums are deliberately free from fragrances – both to ensure skin compatibility and to avoid unpleasant scent combinations when layering with other skincare products.
Are the serums vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. All LIVATY serums are vegan and cruelty-free.
Are the serums dermatologically tested?
Yes. All LIVATY serums are dermatologically tested and approved according to applicable standards.

The LIVATY Lume & Care Set is generally suitable for all skin types.

Is the Lume suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Both the serums and the light are designed to be gentle, making them suitable for sensitive skin.
From what age can the Lume be used?
It is primarily designed for adults. Teenagers may use it only with the approval of their guardians. In case of doubt, consult a healthcare professional.
Application
How is LIVATY Lume & Care applied?
LIVATY Lume & Care should be used for 4 minutes each morning and evening:
Cleanse your face to prepare your skin for your LIVATY moment.
Turn the LIVATY Lume gently left or right to switch it on. The central light will illuminate, showing the battery status.
Turn further to select your desired light program. Do not look directly into the LED light source.
Hold the Lume very close to your face so that it touches the skin. Remain on each zone for one minute, moving the device slowly across your face. A gentle signal will indicate when it’s time to change zones. After 4 minutes, the device switches off automatically.
Keep your eyes closed during use and avoid looking directly into the light. For extra comfort, you can wear the supplied protective glasses.
If you’d like to continue on your neck and décolleté, simply restart the device.
Afterwards, apply 1–3 pumps of the serum best suited to your skin type and distribute evenly across face, neck, and décolleté.
How often should I use LIVATY Lume & Care?
Ideally twice a day, morning and evening, to achieve optimal results.
Can I use the Lume daily?
Yes. It is designed for daily use.
How much serum should I apply?
We recommend 1–3 pumps per application, depending on whether you are applying it only to your face or also to your neck and décolleté.
How long does one bottle of serum last?
With regular twice-daily use, one 30 ml serum lasts about one month.
Can I use the serums without the Lume?
Yes. LIVATY serums can also be applied without the Lume.
However, the Lume enhances their effects by making the skin more receptive to active ingredients. In addition, the three light programs are specifically tailored to complement the serums and address different skin needs.
Can I use other serums with the Lume?
We do not recommend it. Since we cannot guarantee the composition or synergy of other products, we advise using only LIVATY serums. Our concept is carefully designed – true to our motto: “Two Elements. One Experience.”
Can I apply other skincare or makeup after the serums?
Yes. After allowing the serum to absorb, you can continue with your favorite skincare or makeup products. LIVATY Lume & Care fits seamlessly into your skincare routine.
Device Care & Technical Information
How do I clean the Lume?
After disconnecting the Lume from the charger, separate the upper and lower parts of the device. Wipe all surfaces with a damp cloth or rinse under running water. If needed, you may use a suitable disinfectant – but avoid alcohol-based or harsh chemical cleaners. Ensure the device is completely dry before the next use.
Is the Lume waterproof?
The Lume can be rinsed under running water, but it must not be submerged or cleaned in the dishwasher.
How long does the battery last?
With twice-daily use, the battery lasts about one week.
How is the battery level displayed?
When switched on, the amber light ring in the center indicates the remaining charge. A full ring means the battery is fully charged.
During charging, the indicator pulses and shows the progress. Once fully charged, the central LED turns green and the ring is complete.
What happens if the device is overloaded?
If used too frequently in succession, the Lume switches off automatically as a protective measure. It will only restart once the overload has been balanced.
What should I do if the Lume does not start?
This may be due to an empty battery or temporary overload.
If the battery is empty: one final treatment is possible by briefly placing the Lume on the Qi charger before use. Afterwards, recharge it fully.
If the device is overloaded: leave it to rest and try again later. The built-in safety mechanism prevents it from restarting until the overload has been resolved.
